Shipping

Gently Used Items: AthensGaFurniture.com offers local shipping (<15miles from downtown Athens) at a rate of $25/load. An additional $5 fee is added if delivery is not on the 1st floor. For delivery 15-30 miles (outside of downtown Athens) the rate is $50. If your location exceeds 30 miles from downtown Athens, please contact us to see if delivery can still be arranged.

New Items: AthensGaFurniture.com has partnered with Estes Freight Lines to provide nationwide shipping at an affordable price. Please inquire with our customer service specialist to receive a delivery estimate before proceeding to checkout. Delivery times may vary depending upon available inventory and fluctuating transit times. Our customer service specialist will be more than happy to provide you with information specific to you selection.

Return Policy

Gently Used Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

New items: AthensGaFurniture.com provides a 5-day return policy on all Directions furniture. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be assessed. However, if the return is the result of our error, we will pay the original and return fees. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund.

Warranty: All Directions furniture comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in material and workmanship. AthensGaFurniture.com disclaims any warranties not expressed. This warranty does not apply to damage due to normal wear, abuse, misuse or accident.
